MECC elects new leadership headed by Ms. Echo Chan - Oct 15
On 15 October 2025, the Macau European Chamber of Commerce held a general meeting which unanimously elected a new leadership for the 2025-2027 term.
At the meeting, Ms. Echo Chan, nominated by the Irish Chamber of Commerce of Macau, was elected as the President of the Board of Directors. She stated,”I sincerely thank our members for their trust and support. I will humbly and with a strong sense of responsibility perform the duties of the President of the Board of Directors, committed to working hand-in-hand with everyone to advance the work of the Chamber.”
The outgoing President of the Board of Directors, Mr Rui Pedro Cunha stated,”I am very glad that Ms. Echo Chan accepted the challenge of leading MECC in the next two years. Her experience and drive will contribute greatly to the success of MECC, and I am glad to provide support as Executive Vice President.”
The incoming leadership thanked the preceding one for their hard work and welcomed the new members of the governing bodies.
